What is your return policy?

Scharff Brushes will guarantee the quality of all our brushes against any manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for substandard performance of any brush caused by abusive treatment or improper cleaning and storage.

Our shipping department seldom ships the wrong item. However, human error sometimes occurs. Call us 770-461-2200 for instructions on how to return the merchandise.

Do you offer a pay for publication progam?

Yes, we do offer a pay for publication program. You can see this information listed in the category "Pay for Publication"

Do you have wholesale prices?.

Yes, we do have wholesale prices for verified teachers and shop owners. Please call 770-461-2200 for details. You will need to complete an application for approval and to set-up your account. You can download the application by going to the "teacher/studio info" on the left.

Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes, we will be most happy to custom package any assortment of brushes that you desire. If you have a set of brushes that you would like for your classes or to sell in your shop, tell us which brushes you want and we will package them especially for you. Our kits have an insert with our company header on it. They come in several different sizes to accommodate as many brushes you would like to include. There is no charge and there are no minimums required for this service.

What are your shipping costs?

We ship our packages via UPS or the U.S. Post Office where appropriate. We ship to anywhere in the world. The actual cost of shipping is based on the weight of the package.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship our orders out within 48 hours of receipt. If we receive your order before noon, it will usually go out that same day. If you need your order rushed, please contact us 770-461-2200. Your order may be delayed if we are out of the office attending a trade show. These office closure dates are listed on the website. We also put a notice on our homepage whenever we are closed.
